"We had a great time there! The garden and the pool are beautiful. In the outside you can feel really private, because the hole property is fenced in. Only one of the sleeping rooms is not as nice as the other two, it is dark and smells like an wet cellar."

"Beautiful villa only 2.5 miles from center of Lucca, but felt worlds away. Situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, it was conveniently placed close to local amenities (grocery store, etc.). Wonderful outdoor sitting/eating areas and local Osteria (5’ walk) was excellent (had dinner there twice in 4 days). Local church bells tolling on the hour just added to the charm of the setting! "The house is very large on the outskirts of Lucca part way up a hillside in a forested setting, about 10 minutes from the Lucca wall. We enjoyed our two week stay there. The contact, Andrea, met us at the house, and explained every aspect of the property. And he checked in with us in person and by phone several times during our stay. "We are a group of 12 retired friends traveling first time in Tuscany. Villa Buonamici was the perfect accommodation for us. It is very close to the gate to the walled city center, literally only minutes away. The accommodations were exactly as described. Checkin/out was very easy and convenient. "The house is very spacious Just like the garden. We had to share the pool which we didn't know but that turbed out okay. The cutlery and crockery weren 't very clean maybe because the dishwasher didn't work properly. The host / property manager on the other hand was great and helpen us a lot with everything. We had a wonderfull week!"

"The house was amazing, we had the entire top floor of the house, which had large bedrooms, common area and kitchen. The entire place was very nice and was quiet, which made it easy to relax and end a nice holiday. The pool area is share with other renters in the area, but was not an issue during our stay.
