"Airconditioning not working for 2 days. Stayed with family. It was uncomfortable stay due to hot and humid. Reported the issue. The response is airconding is broken for entire hotel so they can’t help. "

"This place worked just fine for a quick overnight stay after British Airways cancelled our original flight. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The 5 minute walk to airport was a godsend after a stressful day of flying."
