"My family stayed at this charming house. Everything in the house was so nice. It’s actually a row house, so there was plenty of room. The host was a delight and welcomed us with drinks and delicious homemade bread and food. We felt quite at home and comfortable in this lovely place. I highly recommend this place and the lovely hill top of Todi. Our host did a big favor us: We came to Todi via taxi from Orvieto. "Amazing views , Lovely home , great location "

"The house is a charming old house with all the aminities one needs. Every day the pool is cleaned by Gabrielle, a very nice old man. The house is beautifully located in the hills above de valey of Spoleto and in fact on the pilgrims road between Spoleto and Assisi. We made some beautiful walks. The garden is shaded en well suited for dogs. Ours loved it. We certainly hope to return."

"This was by far our favourite place during our trip to Italy. The location is perfect and quiet. Makes you feel like home away from home. Very cosy environment and close to everything. Good communication with the host Michele. We would go back anytime."

"No breakfast or drink water avaiable upon arrival, i suggest to procure them before. No line cell without wifi that is into the house, i suggest to download the video to reach the exat position before arriving in the farmhouse. The garden is a little space behind the entance. Not recommended for many people due to the small bathroom. Beautiful the view of the hills and the peace. "

"Assisi is within walking distance (less then 20 minutes), which it makes the perfect location to visit this beautiful and well-restored town of San Francisco and Santa Chiara. The garden with its nice flowers and figs, tomatoes and olive trees create a comfortable and tranquil atmosphere. The house is spit in two apartments. We rented the lower apartment, which was very nicely restored with an eye for detail. We didn’t hear much of our neighbours from upstairs. We’ve shared the garden easily."
