"This is a very nice apartment in a great location with many great restaurants, bars, ice-cream places within a minute walk. It's large, light, clean and has a well-appointed kitchen. Bathrooms were also modern and clean. The host is very friendly, and left us alone while we were there. We would certainly like to stay here again next time."

"We spent wonderful week there. The hosts are very welcome and ready to give you any help you need. The place is quiet and there is beautiful panorama from the taras. The house is comfortable, clean and cosy. The jacuzzi is also amazing thing on top of it. It's a good base for visiting many places in Umbria. It's possible to get from the house to provincionale road in 7 minutes."

"Santa Maria is a stunning property in a beautiful & quiet location ideally situated for Orvieto. The apartment was comfortable & well equipped. The owners were most helpful & pleasant. We loved their collection of animals: 2 friendly dogs & an assortment of cats & peacocks. We also enjoyed being able to pick vegetables from the owner’s garden. The swimming pool was wonderful. A very enjoyable stay."

"This was a delightful property furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay and with lovely grounds, splendid views and a good swimming pool. The particular attraction for us was having a property with parking but also within walking distance of the historic town of Todi and its many restaurants and attractions. Adele was a very helpful hostess and there was good communication throughout."

The two floor accommodation has all the amenities for a great stay, including a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the main street through central Orvieto (quiet street, no traffic allowed).
