We were in CStat for my son’s graduation. This property was absolutely perfect. Great location as it was literally down the street from our son’s house and campus. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! It had everything you could possibly think of!

What an awesome experience all around. The place was so cute and just the right size for my husband and I. We came for the Banana Ball game and were able to walk to Kyle Field and not deal with traffic or pay for parking. The bed was so comfortable and everything was clean and high end. We have already referred it to several friends and we will back. Communication was very timely. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Loved it! Can't beat the location!

This cottage was perfect for my husband and me. Loved the claw foot tub and homey feel. It's very clean, quiet, and well maintained. It's just a sweet place to stay for a long weekend. It is set back from the street with a large shaded parking area. We were there for spring Aggie ring day and Parent's Weekend and the location to campus was perfect. We walked to the Alumni Center. Kyle Field is closer than that. This would be the perfect place for a football weekend.
