"I really enjoyed staying at this property. It overlooks the outskirts of Rome and consists of a rebuilt old farm. The staff was super and breakfast great. I never did use their restaurant, but from what I hear that too would have been excellent. Recommend."
Hotel Castel Vecchio

"Beautifully situated hotel overlooking lake Albano offering excellent views. There is a seasonal rooftop outdoor pool as well as an inside pool/solarium. No restaurant for evening meals but well presented continental breakfast included. It's only a 10min walk to the charming old town with lots of restaurants and cafes etc. Also a short (but steep) walk to the train station. Unfortunately, there weren't many guests when we stayed and the hotel felt a little lacking in atmosphere. The main terrace and solarium areas were reserved for an event and not available to us during our stay. Our room window glazing panel was permanently steamed up obscuring the fabulous view and the rooftop pool appeared unfiltered and missing tiles. Overall, great location, friendly and attentive staff with magnificent views but needs a little maintenance here and there."

"The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the town square with a few souvenir shops, and many restaurants. The papal summer residence is also a few minutes away, It’s an interesting site to see. Breakfast on a patio overlooking the lake was lovely except when a garbage truck came by and destroyed the peaceful ambiance. I wish the breakfast included more healthy items. It was mostly sweets although the staff is happy to bring out yogurt or eggs from the kitchen. Our room was simple but comfortable. It was great to have a little balcony overlooking the lake."

"Every staff member we encountered was friendly and very helpful. The room and property were modern, clean, and well maintained. Breakfast included a wide selection and was great. The restaurant was closed while we were there due to vacation. A large grocery store (Eselunga) with a small snack bar is located across the street."

"This is a repeat hotel for our company. We have teams of technicians in Colleferro every few months and this hotel never disappoints. The only times we stay elsewhere is when they are fully booked. It's been a couple of years and I have to say that I have yet to have a single complaint from our teams. Absolutely perfect for business travel."

"A good 45 minutes from Rome.....and a 60 euro taxi drive The hotel is related to the swimming pool and hotsprings....but cost additional. Overall the stay was nice if you dont mind being away from the busy aspect of the city. The train is nearby...a 5 minute walk if you are good with metro travel....although the tiburtini station can be confusing....."
