"This property is not n a great location for dinning and exploring the town and attractions. Note that you cannot park near the property. You need to find parking and walk some distance on cobblestone to get to your room. "

"This place is amazing! The views are spectacular. The room was perfect and the grounds are exactly what you’d expect for Tuscany. The owner is on hand at all times and is very friendly and accommodating. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t get in until midnight. He stayed up for us and talked us through the directions there. You do need a car if you’re staying here since there is no public transportation. "

"The property was nicely decorated and within walking distance of the major attractions in Siena. Not sure if it is an Italian thing, but, the ones we have stayed at don’t provide soap for showering. Only downside, and that is not too important. "

"We enjoyed a lovely stay here whilst in Italy for a wedding. Silvia was a fantastic host, greeted us and showed us around when we arrived. The rooms were spotless, spacious and well kept. The breakfast provided was delightful and something we looked forward to each morning. The place is a stones throw away from the centre, and at the crossroads for all roads in and out of Volterra, with parking provided which was ace! "We spent a very enjoyable week in picturesque Chiusdino. Loved the little town with shops and restaurants (our tip: il minestraio!) within walking distance and great views of the countryside. Went to Siena, Firenze and San Gimignano and walked to the abbey of San Galgano. The house is spacious with 2 big bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is equipped with plenty of towels. We had the (guilty) pleasure of the pool with a great view and used the outside dining area a lot. Tip: An extra cutting board and...
