"The villa is in a perfect location with easy access to local villages and connection to the highways making getting around so easy. The views from the upper level were simply stunning. Evenings spent up there were our favourite time of our stay enjoying the views, food and company. The lighting created a lovely ambience. The barbecue was used a lot and it's location to the kitchen window and the eating area made cooking on it a joy and got everyone involved. The pool area is well layed out...

The house is comfortable, clean and cosy. The jacuzzi is also amazing thing on top of it. It's a good base for visiting many places in Umbria. Despite being an old castle, there is a well functioning ventilation system that eliminates any musty or moldy smell one might expect.
