"Very convenient place next to Chamartin station and rental cars. Friendly staff and nice bar and restaurant."

"Great rooms, spacious, clean, and good facilities. The staff are courteous and friendly. A decent range of breakfast options, but dinner at the hotel restaurant was disappointing, especially for the high price. The pool is very shallow and not very welcoming, with no chairs, so if you want to relax outside you must sit on the grass, and leave your stuff there while you swim. The hotel is outside the centre - it's a 30-45 minute trip to the centre including walking to the nearest metro station. It's a 2 minute walk to the supermarket for supplies. There is a restaurant next door to the hotel, but that's the only dining within walking distance (except for fast food)."

"Great stop over before our long flight from Madrid airport! The staff was welcoming and helpful and the rooms very clean. It can get a bit loud with people coming in and out for different flight time but the amenities and food were great!"
