"This property was very nice. Complimentary Lyft to the airport. Clean, good food and bar service in lobby. Nice courtyard to relax in with pool and fire pit. Well kept grounds. Water bottles on arrival. Staff was clean, professional and presentable. Bedding and bathroom were clean. Smelled nice in the building and the room. "

They both went above and beyond to make sure that we were well informed and well taken care of. Kim answered all of our questions and Maria made extra arrangements for us to get a more appropriate room. I can’t say enough about how helpful they were. One request… please bring back the On the Rocks drinks as part of the front desk bar. Also, so sorry to see the price increase for the great salmon and steak dinners. As I have said in prior reviews, those dinners were the best deal in all of Oakland! Very high quality made to order meals for a super reasonable price!"

"I stayed at this Ramada because of its proximity to Fox Theater (10-minute walk or a very short BART ride). This property not only had one of the lowest daily rates, but it’s also a very short walking distance from the 12th Street/City Center BART station and the Oakland Tribune building. The lobby included free coffee and tea, and there’s free breakfast in the dining area across from the front desk. The room I stayed in was clean when I arrived and had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Oakland."
