Zeeland is the ideal place to spend a holiday. everywhere you look there is water, there are nice villages, nature is beautiful and there are always beautiful cloudy skies around you. Villa de Zeeuwse Parel is located in an attractive, small-scale park on the edge of Zeeland's Colijnsplaat, near the North Sea beach. Luxury and comfort are certainly not lacking in this detached villa for 10 people with sauna and whirlpool. When the weather is nice, you can relax in the spacious garden with comfortable garden furniture. Even after a refreshing walk on the beach, you can warm up in your own wellness area or inside by the cozy fireplace. Zeeland has something to offer for everyone, with so much water and beautiful nature there is plenty of challenge for sporty guests, but the beaches, the nice villages and the luxury of the park also offer plenty of opportunities to relax.

Holiday home layout

Villa de Zeeuwse Parel is a nice, light and spacious, detached villa with a cozy interior. On the ground floor there is the living room with a cozy spacious seating area with an HD flat screen TV. There is an open kitchen that is fully equipped and there is a large dining table. The first bedroom with two single beds and a luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower, sun shower, hairdryer, sink and toilet are also located on the ground floor. The big plus of this house, the wellness area, is also on the ground floor and has a sauna, shower and toilet. On the first floor there are 4 more bedrooms, each with two single beds. There are also 2 bathrooms (1 with a whirlpool) with a shower, sink, hairdryer and toilet.
 
When you enter the house, you are immediately on holiday, because the beds are made up as standard upon arrival. The garden is spacious and there is a nice veranda where you can sit in any weather. You can rent a Green Egg for a fee.

Surroundings

In Zeeland there is always a beach where the wind is just right for practicing water sports or sailing. Kiting, sailing, windsurfing, wakeboarding, SUPing, canoeing or even snorkeling, everything is possible. But there is also plenty to do on land. There are miles of cycle paths where you can take endless bike rides. Be sure to make a pit stop in one of the cycling cafes along the route for a snack or drink. There are tennis courts a 15-minute walk from the park and a golf course is 12.5 km away. You can also take a nice walk on the beach, in the many nature reserves with vast meadows, streams or rolling hills. The interactive Pearl Route is especially fun with the family, or go cuddle or walk with alpacas at Alpacas Zeelandia and you might even spot a porpoise in the Ooterschelde!
