Consumption for heating (EUR 4.50/mc) and a tourist tax of 1 EUR/Person/Day is to be paid on the spot. Please note that tourists below the age of 16 are exempt from paying tourist tax.

In 5-7 minutes’ drive, guests can easily reach Lido di Colico, Lake Como, Tennis Colico court as well as various shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Meanwhile, Piazza Garibaldi, located near the town centre and home to soccer fields, sailing and surfing schools is a pleasant 20-minute walk away.

For those looking forward to enjoying the scenic beauty of Lake Como, Sentiero Dei Forti, is at an 8-minute’s drive: it is a hike around Colico that leads to the military forts of Forte di Fuentes and Forte Montecchio with sweeping views of the Alps and Lake Como. Furthermore, at 20-minutes’ drive, guests will find breathtaking views at the Abbey of Piona and exquisite liquors made by Piona monks.
