In addition to a well-furnished living area with sofas, the apartment has a fully-equipped and modern kitchen-diner with all essential kitchen appliances for a carefree stay.

In 5-7 minutes’ drive, guests can easily reach Lido di Colico, Lake Como, Tennis Colico court as well as various shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Meanwhile, Piazza Garibaldi, located near the town centre and home to soccer fields, sailing and surfing schools is a pleasant 20-minute walk away.

For those looking forward to enjoying the scenic beauty of Lake Como, Sentiero Dei Forti, is at an 8-minute’s drive: it is a hike around Colico that leads to the military forts of Forte di Fuentes and Forte Montecchio with sweeping views of the Alps and Lake Como. Furthermore, at 20-minutes’ drive, guests will find breathtaking views at the Abbey of Piona and exquisite liquors made by Piona monks.

The closest international airports are Milan Linate and Milan Malpensa, approximately a 1.5 hours’ drive from here. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of May 2025 to the 30th of September 2025
