"This was a great place at a great price. The pool was very clean, the amenities were everything you would expect. Good breakfast. The rooms were clean with a refrigerator and microwave in the room. It was withing walking distance of a couple of great restaurants and right around the corner from a grocery store. Would highly recommend this place. Staff was receptive and professional."

"What a beautiful hotel. Beautiful town with lots to do. Loved everything about it. The staff was very kind, professional, friendly. I guess I missed that it was a tv-free hotel but, we managed. Frittata and coffee each morning. GREAT brunch. Food there is amazing. Enjoyable bar down in the Lobby area. We will definitely go back."

"I am 75 and have traveled far and wide and can think of no finer Inn that I have stayed in. We had a large room with a large enough balcony for a table with 4 chairs. the variety of buildings are two stories and there are no elevators so be advised. Lovely breakfast included, not the the standard Holiday Inn buffet but a real continental breakfast along with made to order omelets. Sorry that we couldn't stay an extra day. In downtown Grass Valley. Walk to everything."

"What a sweet place and a far cry from cookie-cutter low end motels. Beautiful location, nice rooms, and a very nice restaurant on premises. The motel is a project of a recovery program called Teen Challenge so it's a bonus to support them but the motel stands on its own as a 'find' off Highway 80. Highly recommended"

"The parking was a bit of a problem because of the number of large vehicles in the lot. Not something they can control now, but it would have been nice if that had been planned for when the motel was built. Otherwise it was a very nice stay. The room was clean and mostly quiet. The shower took a while to warm up, but did get to the lava hot I prefer. I’ll definitely give bonus points for the very soft and new looking towels. Overall we will stay here again."
