"The condo is beautiful inside and has any amenity you would need. The beds are comfortable and the showers are amazing! The condo complex itself is a bit run down but it seemed to be safe and is convenient to restaurants and grocery store. Linda was so accommodating and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you!!"

It is ideally located downtown steps from amazing cafes, restaurants and The Museum of Civil Rights where the first Woolworth sit ins took place, The property would be even more highly rated if: 1. We did not have to politely request homeless people to move so that we could enter the unit. 2. The bathroom bath at and rug were clean (in both bathrooms) 3. "It took us 10 minutes to find the front door. I had to call the owner twice. It was in the back of the apartment complex facing the woods. The light over the doorway was out and it was too dark to see the entrance to the apartment. We walked in and walked out immediately in tears. We ended up in a hotel. There is NO furniture in the living room or dining area. I do not mean limited furniture, I mean NO furniture and no TV. The picture of the fireplace that is used in the advertisement....that is...

"Amazing! Clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated space with all the amenities. I enjoyed the large walk in closet as I usually take my clothing on hangers! Very comfortable bed. The kitchen has everything you would need and the Keurig was especially appreciated! Just steps to 4th street and all the entertainment and restaurants! Would highly recommend and hope to return again next time in Winston!"

"This unit is centrally located and the price is right. The unit is in great shape and has absolutely everything you'll need. We parked on the street for the entire week for free, and we did not see anyone giving tickets. Elm St. is just a few blocks away and there are lots of restaurants and shops. The host was very communicative and got back to us quickly on any questions. Highly recommend."

"The condo is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The interior was remodeled nicely. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need. The furniture is new and comfortable. The mattresses are firm. The shower heads are perfect after a day outdoors. The back patio is quiet and relaxing with a view of the woods. The hosts are very attentive but not intrusive. They contacted me to inquire how my stay was going and if I needed anything. They also helped me retrieve a couple of items I left behind."
