"Lovely place to bring the family! Rest and relaxation! Rented the pontoon for our stay and loved every minute on the water—fishing and cruising along! Did a casino night at Soaring Eagle and hiked the trails at Deer Park Nature Park. House was picture perfect and had everything we needed! Will definitely be back!! "

"We enjoyed the house, it was roomy and pretty clean. I would suggest that housekeeping uses unscented soaps and dryer sheets when washing sheets & towels. I am highly sensitive to scents and had a hard time however I brought my own sheets and even though I used my own sheets the scent was still there probably from the mattress cover. The towels were just as bad. Also, the listing should state no swimming at the property. I would not have known that if I hadn’t sent a text to the owner regarding...

"We neeeded a place for out of state quests for the weekend. Quests decided to stay an extra day, extension went off without a hitch. Very nice accomidations. "

"The Lodge at Tiny Excursions Cabins was exactly at pictured. We used the cabin as our central base for trips to the east (Tawas City) and to the west ( Traverse City and north). We visited 12 different quilt shops during our stay. It was a relief to return to base each evening, cook dinner and relax. Rex was an excellent host responding to our concerns very quickly. Thank you for a positive stay with my son."
