"I genuinely had a really lovely stay here. I’ve watched it have a total refurb for the past 18 months and was looking forward to staying there. I wasn’t disappointed. The rooms were brand new, I don’t believe anyone had stayed in mine as the steamer was still boxed! Well designed, had one of the best sleeps in London (I stay for business), probably due to the inner door from the corridor. Breakfast was a lovely affair. Nice space, music a tad too loud but the food quality and service was very good. I had poached eggs on avocado toast, I asked for a side of bacon (which was a surcharge of about £6 - which seemed steep for 2-3 rashers of crispy bacon). I’ll definitely stay here again on business and would also recommend a leisure hotel."

"This was a huge hotel in London. It is very conveniently located close to Russell Station and the British Museum. Our room was cute and clean. Staff was very helpful and spoke 6 different languages. Breakfast services offered a good variety of food."

"Convenient, fairly quiet, close to everything. Staff helpful. Rooms are small but that's true of all UK. Plumbing a bit funky but workable. All in all a nice place to stay in London."

"Staff were outstanding especially Luis and Barbara. So friendly and kind which made our stay a good one. Hotel is truly beautiful with a great restaurant and bar. Unfortunately the gym was closed for refurb while we were staying there. Also must add how central this hotel is in London and right next to Warren Street station so it was so easy to get around London. Housekeeping supervisor forgot her name was also so wonderful and accommodating. If we had any issues she was on it fixing the problem. We loved our stay and will defo come back!"

"My 3rd or 4th stay here. I really like having coffee, drinks, etc. available 24 hours in the attractive common area. Very good breakfast, Friendly staff, including the guy who checked me out at 5 am today (didn’t get your name). Room very clean and functional."
