"We had a great stay for one night to celebrate my son’s 16th birthday. The moment we walked through the door the staff were friendly and attentive, the property is very new and fresh. I had contacted the hotel before hand to ask for a higher room and this was granted. When we came back from our show the staff had put in balloons and little message on the mirror wishing my son a happy birthday which was a lovely touch. The location is excellent and is walking distance to all the shows and some of London’s main attractions. I liked the little dressing area with the mirror and hairdryer, and the bathroom was pristine! We had breakfast included and what a great view to have to eat it. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Thank you to all the staff who were helpful and friendly."

"booked 2 rooms at Nobu Portman Square, primarily for the location. And on location it delivers in trumps. Easy walkability to shops and restaurants with delightful Marylebone at your front door. The rooms are so comfortable and immaculate. If you stay more than 3 days I’d opt for larger than a standard room. The beds and pillows are perfection. The rooms are modern and crisp. Breakfast was included and it is fine just for a start to the day. Not a treat but practical. Staff are on-the-ball and enthusiastic. This adds a lovely level of hospitality. I will definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to London."

"The staff was very helpful and responsive to my requests. The room was a good size and had a good layout. I’m glad I chose this hotel for a nine-day stay, as it was reasonably well-connected via the nearby tube stations. The only drawback is that I was on the garden side and my room was quite warm without in-room climate control and I could also hear an HVAC system for a number of hours per day. I had breakfast one morning, I was quite satisfied with it. I have to thank the hotel and their staff for making my first stay in London stress-free and enjoyable."

"1st time stay at this hotel chain. The energetic design is very functional. Though it's aimed at youthful clientele, I was made to feel welcome despite being decades older than the average guest. Variety of lobby spaces also useful (lounging, deskwork, etc) . Would definitely stay again."
