"Stopped here prior to a visit to Wembley. Location is perfect, 30 minute walk to Wembley. Tube station os 2 minute walk away for lonks into the City. The apartment was immaculate, very clean and compact. View of Wembley was a binus also. Very secure, friendly staff and cheap to eat and drink."

Double bed, table and chairs for two, all utensils for cooking, 2 hobs, microwave oven, dish washer, washing machine hid very well in the wardrobe, nice little bathroom (although its a little awkward trying to access the shower as door does not open very wide it collides with the wash basin and im 56 inch chest but ok for smaller). Nice easy check in with nice man at the desk. Overall a very nice pleasant stay. Snmmall but all you need and very comfortable....

Small rooms on hot London days and nights without proper ventilation is rough. Management did NOT fix during my stay but instead offered a small (maybe 4-5 inch) table top fan that was grossly inadequate to cool the room. "Great sized apartment for two people, could easily be three and still comfortable. Clean, in a nice area, and has plenty of things you may need if you’re staying a little longer. Only downside was one towel had some marks on it, but there was a few spare in the bathroom and bedroom so we still had enough to use."

"I stay at Hyde Park Superior most weeks when I'm in London for work. The staff are always pleasent & welcoming. The apartments are nice, some better than others as they are being updated. The communial areas have recently been decorated, the carpet needs changing as there a few stains but other than that. "Location is great for getting about London. Apartment is very spacious, with a small balcony. Balcony could do with an additional chair & the apartment could do with a little maintenance. Shelves very loose on livingroom wall, floor lamp very unsteady in bedroom, shower caddy loose. All in all we still had a great stay. A toaster would have been useful and additional info re main door entry. We arrived in the dark & didn't notice there were 2 x door entry systems as the one needed was black...

"The location is convenient and I loved how straightforward it was to get in. Just using door codes etc. But that was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. And the whole place felt very dirty and uncared for. I think they greatly improve the property by make some small improvements to the furniture, bed & overall vibe."

"I do NOT recommend a stay here due to the complex procedure for receiving the access (key)code which required several phone calls at night while we stood helplessly at the entrance trying to get in. Very aggravating and time consuming. In addition the so-called "flat" turned out to be a tiny cramped room located in the basement and was hot--there was no cross ventilation at all from the one barred window. The bed linens were also stained. Shower was too tiny/narrow for any adult! Very expensive...
