"This property was amazing! We were racing at Ozarks International Raceway and it was 10-15 minutes away, pretty much as close as any other properties. It was immaculate, felt so comfortable and homey. The kitchen and living area felt a lot bigger than the pictures looked. The beds were very, very comfortable. "This place a great to get away from the world, beautiful views get dock, cell services was poor but that is a good thing, the town of warsaw had alot more stores then i thought great resturants. Its nice to bring the family dog along for a new experience"

"Cleanliness was the only issue. Bed sheets were dirty, no toilet paper in the bathroom, no water pressure in bathroom, bathroom sink didn’t drain, and the place needs a dehumidifier in a bad way. Good location and could have been a really nice place if it was cleaner. "

"The house itself is nice. The dock is convenient as long as the neighbor isn't there that it is shared with, because then it is pretty much their dock and it's inconvenient you are there. The lady neighbor across the bay spies all day and told the neighborhood watch group that we used her kayak, never touched it. No wifi at the house and called to inform the people that it wasn't working. They said they would look into it but never heard anything more about it. Cell service is very spotty...

"This was exactly what our group was looking for in our annual snagging trip. It was very clean and cozy and the deck and table was perfect for sitting around with take out pizza and cool beverages looking at the river. We plan for this to be our yearly stay! Thank you!"
