"Perfect rental for our annual trip to Lake Livingston with friends. House has everything you need and right on the water. Host is a great communicator! The family of deer that we saw each day was an unexpected TREAT! We will definitely be back next year!"

"Very nice place, especially for the money, but on its own right as well. Seems to be pretty new. Rooms were good size, had a larger than normal refrigerator and electric range. As well as a microwave. The room was, well, roomy and the bathroom was large. Only problem is that it in an industrial area with no conveniences around it - takes about a 4 mile round trip to get a snack or drink or gas. But I think it was worth it - just get your eats before getting to the hotel."

"We had a great stay. The house was big enough for us all. A kids room that accommodated the teen agers and young adults. The patio is always amazing any time of day with the shade. We were next to the marina and docked our boat. Was easy and a short walk. We also went to a couple of the little beach areas they have within the same neighborhood. We had an amazing stay."
