"Wonderful stay. Place was clean, comfortable and the staff and customer service was excellent and kind. The actual room had faulty faucet on the sink and toilet paper holder as well. I informed the front desk of such as well gave a recommendation to place small shelf on the standing shower’s wall so toiletries could be placed there for easy access. She took a note and said she would give it to maintenance. I did feel safe and appreciated. Also, I loved the breakfast options and it was convenient due to health issues, for me as well as others. Thank you so much. I will stay there again when I go back to Buffalo."

"Beautifully restored building with lots of history. We stayed 2 nights and walked the grounds, went to the museum and learned the history of the building. Very friendly staff, as well as good food and wine at the bar. It’s also about 30 minutes to Niagara Falls. "
