Charming 3 bedroom cottage only steps away from a great sandy beach. Kid-friendly shallow water. Lake views, shady, grassy yard, 2 double kayaks, open kitchen/great room. AC and heat. Wifi, Smart TV, DVD player. Affectionately called the "Sand Dunes," this little community is a short walk or bike ride from the Burlington bike path, Airport Park, and the Causeway. We have 4 older bikes on site, or you can rent them locally. People are friendly, and the beach is beautiful. Two separate porches are ideal for work calls. Linens available if needed. Available Sept. 1-Oct 14. Sorry, no pets. Contact Mary with questions.

We loved our stay at this cozy place! Very clean and great location. Steps to the lake and we spent some time on the bike path with the bikes provided. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Just as described, we enjoyed a bit of coolness and color. Was able to get around easily. Too cold for us desert lizards to actually get in the water, but great views!
