"Horrible service throughout our stay. It’s the small things that go a long way for a 5 star hotel and this place is more of a 3 star business hotel based on the service. The property looks nice and new, but none of the electric blinds in our shower or the windows worked. I was lucky to have a top floor room with a huge balcony which i loved.! - my only criticism here would be the silly metal rodsfor opening/closing curtains which i hit my head on everytime i went to go onto my balcony!… they really aren’t necessary!
Roof top Swimming pool great too. Just wish they would ban smoking by it!
