"The host was a rental agency, all was done electronically.The house is beautifully furnished the kitchen has everything you would need for a large crowd. Toilet tissue and tissues were skimpy we had to buy a supply for all of the bathrooms. A short walk to town and the beach, great location. Beds comfortable, so great they all had full bathrooms."

"We had a great time at this house and it's mostly remodeled. Kitchen is new. Main floor bath needs some updating but overall very nice property. Its located 2 blocks from the beach. There are no beach accessories (chairs, umbrellas, bikes, etc), so be prepared to buy or rent if you need those for your stay.For management: the guests before us didnt take their trash out so we had to deal with the smell until our pick up date. Also, one of the pool drain covers is broken and you can cut yourself...

"The Carte’s were extremely pleased with our stay for the 2025 Labor Day holiday. The house was amazing, clean and Phil was extremely helpful with answering our questions about the area. The best part of our trip was by far the wild horses and the seclusion of the Rusty Crab. We recommend booking a visit at this house and giving it a 10 out of 10!!!"
