"Poor Wi-Fi. Had to go to the lobby to get a solid connection. Breakfast was poor. Staff was pleasant when they were around. No hot water first day, after that plenty. Room was located on the street side so noisy. New room. A/C was good. Updated bath and room. No elevator when you have a 23kg suitcase. But part of the fun of traveling Europe. "

"When we arrived we were informed the hotel we made a reservation in, Cobertizo Palacio de Santa Inez, closed. They were accommodating in providing a nice room at the Rosa d’Oro a different property owned by the same company. It was a nice room but half the size of the room we reserved."

"I absolutely loved our stay at Casa del Aljarife! I can't wait to return. We were treated like queens and if we needed anything Dameon was fast to help us. The location was PERFECT! "This hotel was a life saver! Myself and my friend originally booked a hotel in a different place and had to change hotels at the last minute. The Suites Gran Via 44 had an open room so we took it, and we were not disappointed! The staff were very friendly and the accommodations were very well cleaned. The room was nicely sized with a small kitchen, dinning table, medium size bedroom, and medium sized bathroom. The room overall was very nice and clean.Will defiantly be staying here again!!❤️"
