"Property is 1.5 km from town center - you can walk if you chose to (however there are small sections without walkway). But they have a shuttle that takes you to downtown. Hotel was very clean, the welcome was amazing, the room was very comfortable and breakfast included was adequate. They had free water, free snacks and the best part is the shuttle drivers - they are all young people who work there during the season traveling from different parts of Europe - amazing to have everyone speak fairly good English.
The conceirge also booked all the beach clubs - it is impossible to get bookings at beach clubs unless you go through your hotel. They communicate with you on WhatsApp.
Only reason I gave 4 stars was the cost was a bit high for the comforts and time of the year - we stayed in the last week before the hotel hibernates (shuts down) for 6 months - so it is not in season and the cost was still very high - I cannot imagine how expensive it will be during on-season."
