Beautiful 2328 sq ft, 4 bdrm, 3bth lakefront home on Kidd Island Bay. Coeur d'Alene equals peace and relaxation! Main level boasts an open concept living area, a well-appointed kitchen, a bedroom & bath, loft with 2 twin beds, plus a nice sized covered deck. There are 2 bedroom suites on the lower level that share another deck, and the bottom level has a private bedroom and access to the grass and waterfront/dock. Please note that water levels vary In the Winter and early Spring. Perfect vacation house!

50th Anniversary Family Celebration

Wonderful house and location. Great town!! Lots of lake fun ( rented boat & jet ski; swimming; fishing; s’mores by the bonfire; sunsets on the deck; bbqing). Everything was great! Very comfortable house!

We had a great time at this house. I would rate the cleanliness low as there were a lot of areas of the house that the housekeepers have been missing-but the overall house was great!

Such a beautiful getaway!

My family does an annual reunion on Lake Coeur d’Alene and we are always trying to find the best lake house for the festivities. This beautiful house met all of our needs! Lara, the host, was delightful, great with communication and so accommodating! We made beautiful memories in this beautiful house.

Beautiful Lake House Retreat

Spent NYE weekend at this beautiful house. It was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The beds and linens were great. The view of fireworks show was terrific! Overall a relaxing time with family

Quite possibly the best place in the country

Everything was absolutely amazing. The house was just absolutely perfect and the neighbors were very friendly. The views were unbelievable and Lara was a dream to work with and she was available with any questions we had throughout the stay. 11/10!!!

Beautiful home

We had a very peaceful and relaxing stay here with family recently. The house was very clean and furnished nicely. We felt very much at home. Our only complaint was getting in and out of the driveway. Thanks for a nice stay!

We had such an amazing weekend! The house and property were beautiful. There we’re comfortable beds for all of us. I think the hose may be better then the pictures!

Wonderful family vacation

Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt really comfortable and at home. Enjoyed the peace, tranquility and views. Everything at the house is as advertised. We rented a boat for a few days and used the dock at the house which was great. Would definitely return again.

Perfect weekend get away

It was just the respite we needed. Great location and home for us - 2 adults and 5 teens/ young adults. Well stocked kitchen made it easy to avoid restuarant dining and adhere to social distancing. Best quarantine weekend to date.

Idyllic lake home perfect for family and/or friends

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week together in this well appointed, beautifully maintained home. Every detail was attended to down to fixings for a S’mores night by the fire pit. The dock was perfect for our boat and paddle board rentals. The view of cove and mountains in distance from the multilevel porches is simultaneously gorgeous and relaxing day and night.

PERFECT Lake Home!!!

This home is everything you could ask for in a lake house, rental! It's conveniently located across from the resort by boat, and only a 15-20 minute drive to town! The home is very well kept, great quality furniture and the views are STUNNING! Lara was great at responding quickly as well! You cannot go wrong with this home!

Great place!

This house had everything you need. Host were very accommodating. Right on the lake with a dock to park our boat. Only thing I would change is the outside stairs outside to the water. They were very steep and we’re only stepping stones. I thought it was difficult for me because being 68 with knee replacement but even the younger adults said it was difficult. I would still recommend this awesome home.

This House & Location is CDA Perfection!

The perfect home on so many levels!! The location in Kidd Island Bay was fantastic for us as we were able to kayak, wake surf, enjoy incredible views and were close enough to town to pop in whenever we needed to. Also enjoyed a ton of local hikes, gravel and mountain bike rides from the home. It’s incredibly well appointed, all the details of a rental are well thought out and Lara is a super responsive and thoughtful property manager. We’ll be back for sure - the perfect spot in CDA !

Wonderful week!

The location of this house is great; 20 minute drive from downtown, right on the water with a dock. We rented a boat for the week which really added to the experience. The 4th of July fireworks were outstanding. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. We loved our stay. Highly recommend this beautiful home!

Winter wonderland

We drove in on a wonderfully plowed drive. And walked into a spotless beautifully decorated home with a lighted tree and lighted ambiance throughout. The tall expensive windows had amazing views of the island and the lake. We had three families and three floors and used them all. :-). The kitchen was well-equipped the beds and linens were very comfortable and a little sledding hill in front of the cabin had a perfect slope for the three-year-old and five-year-old :-). The owners and manager were very responsive and friendly. We would rent again without hesitanacy!

Great fall getaway

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at this house! The house was very clean, and I am VERY picky about cleanliness. It is spacious and cozy at the same time. You cannot beat the views or the house's amenities. My only disclaimer is the location - it's pretty remote. The location was perfect for the kind of trip we were intending, but if you are looking for a location close to town or where you can easily Uber into town, this might not be the place for you. We were a family of three generations just trying to enjoy some scenery and time together, so it was perfect for us. The house had everything we needed to cook and relax. I am already missing those decks and views!! Hoping to make this an annual trip!
