**If boat is provided by us, it cannot be the primary boat to access the property. We will not be held accountable for boat breakdown’s regardless of reason thus you need to have another boat available in case of breakdown that we are not responsible for.

Bring food and clothes, everything else provided.
Sundry items expected to be re-supplied by larger groups.

Two Hobie pedal kayaks (single and tandem), Pelican tandem kayak, Coleman 16 foot canoe, included with cabin rent.

Beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom 1 bath lakefront vacation home with views of Lake Coeur d'Alene, including Cougar and Casco bay, the city of Coeur d'Alene, and the Spokane river.
Also on property for your use;
2 Sleeping cabins that sleep an extra 4+ people each
1 extra bathroom with shower on site.

*Groups larger than 20 will incur an additional large group fee to be negotiated.

**OUR BOATS ARE NOT TO BE CONSIDERED AS THE PRIMARY WATERCRAFT TO ACCESS PROPERTY MEANING THAT BREAKDOWN OF WATERCRAFT DURING RENTAL PERIOD IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO SECURE OTHER TRANSPORTATION TO ACCESS PROPERTY.

From I-90 freeway. Take Lincoln Way/Hiway 95 exit and head south toward Moscow. After crossing bridge over Spokane river go 1/2 mile and take the second left @ bridge, Blackwell mill road. Stay left and immediately go thru chain link gate with dead end/ speed 8mph sign’s and continue almost to the end. Dock L slip 16 and lock code is 4-7-2-8.

GPS address of marina slip for pickup and drop-off as well as free guest parking for guest’s of our rental. No trailers allowed unless cleared with marina beforehand.
