The guesthouse has a separate private entrance and an assigned area of the backyard for exclusive guest use. The space has two levels and a patio surrounded by mature trees & beautiful evergreen shrubs.

The open-concept kitchen/dining room, master bedroom, and bathroom are located on the first level. The living room and secondary bedroom are on the lowest level.


Sleep Accommodations are as follows:
Master bedroom: 1 queen size bed, sleeps 2
Secondary bedroom: 2 double (full) beds, sleeps 4
Living Area: Incredibly comfortable double (full) futon (can sleep an additional 2 guests if requested.)

The Property

The multi-level home sits on a 15,000 square foot property, backed to a majestic tree-lined golf course. There are 4 levels to the home; the top 2 levels are owner-occupied, and the 2 lower levels (daylight basement & basement) are the private/attached guesthouse.
