Great location within walking distance to downtown Cody and the river trail, great home layout for multiple families, and having 4 bathrooms and 2 washers and dryers was so nice. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fabulous time! Our girls trip of teachers found the place just perfect. We spent our time exploring Cody and Yellowstone National Park. The house was the best location for our trip. And so affordable. I highly recommend the area and this property.

The house was clean and neat, the neighborhood was pretty quiet and you could walk to Main Street if you wanted too There was 3 couples so we all had our own bathroom which made it nice.

We absolutely loved this property! It had everything we were looking for, even a washer and dryer we used twice during our five day stay. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the gas range was fun to use (we have an electric range at home.) Would definitely stay here again if we plan another trip to Cody.

The house was in a great location! It was beautifully decorated and ALL the furniture was comfortable and it was very well stocked. The out door space is wonderful and roomy enough for our group of 8. I would definitely recommend this property.

Super clean, great location! Highly recommend staying at this property! We had a small issue with the TV and our wonderful host was there within 15 minutes to take care of the problem. Welcoming gifts of snacks, drinks, and coffee pods was very appreciated. We would definitely stay there again!

We had a big group of families with younger kids to go skiing and spend a long weekend together. The house worked perfectly, every family had their own bathroom and space and the living and kitchen were great. The house was clean and convenient. We would stay here again.

This comfortable house boasts plenty of bedrooms and baths, a fully stocked kitchen and great grill and outdoor space. The living room and dining room easily fit everyone for our graduation celebration. The hosts were responsive and super friendly. Super cute place to stay with plenty of room and outdoor space, easy walk to downtown shopping.

We enjoyed our stay in Cody. The rental was clean and spacious! We had three couples and each couple had their own floor. The house is well stocked. It is so close to downtown. We had deer visit each morning and evening. I would definitely recommend this rental. We would rent again if we are in the area.

A wonderful, clean and lovely home for the 6 of us! Great location - easy to get everywhere. Emily, our host, was very quick to respond, had a binder full of helpful info at the house, and was kind. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning in every room was appreciated, additional amenities were thoughtful (snacks, drinks, Keurig pods, plenty of paper towels and Kleenex), and the cleanliness of the whole house made it relaxing. We enjoyed the BBQ and sitting on the back porch watching the aspen trees. Most important, a house of this caliber was pet friendly, so our 7th family member got to really enjoy himself, too. Our kids enjoyed the bike park just 1.5 miles away (thank you, Joyvagen Bicycle Shop!), we all enjoyed the rodeo (party deck tickets are worth the few extra bucks) and the Trolley was a delightful trip through time (and pet friendly). Overall, we had a really great time at this house and in Cody!

This is a great house for a group or fewer. The outside is deceptive because there is more room inside than you would think, and it is perfectly put together. And though we had only 10 (which would have fit in the space), at the last minute we decided to add on the additional unit in the back for our young adult couples. It was nice having a second unit so close together. And those couples had a blast there in their own space. The house has EXACTLY what you need in good group spaces, extra bathrooms and beautifully updated amenities. I just wish we had had time to enjoy the backyard too. It is our only regret. Finally, Emily, my contact, was very helpful, friendly and communicates exactly enough. If you need anything she is a great contact! You won’t regret this rental, its price point or your interactions with owner.

This was a very nice place to stay. Ample room for 4 couples, beds were comfy, dining table large enough to accommodate all of us, and the backyard was very nice with plenty of sitting capacity. We didn't have enough time to use the grill but did enjoy the deck area. My family can get a bit loud, so was a bit concerned with the smaller VRBO unit that shared a portion of the backyard. We had a great time together, would definitely use this home again if we make it out to Cody in the future.

Since our Yellowstone plans were demolished by devastating flooding in the park, it was a welcome relief to have such a wonderful place to stay in Cody, WY!!! What a clean and nicely decorated place. We absolutely loved it and the property manager was wonderful at communicating and giving us alternate plans since Yellowstone was no longer in play. I would highly recommend choosing this property for a stay in Cody.
