  • Welcome to Downtown Farmhouse! After walking into this updated 1930's house, it is easy to feel right at home. The charming farmhouse details include beautifully refinished hardwood floors and vintage furniture pieces. These details make the space warm and easy to enjoy. Downtown farmhouse has a large, updated galley style kitchen. It is fully equipped to meet all your cooking needs. Additionally, the kitchen space offers a quiet breakfast nook, the perfect place to fuel up for a day of exploration.

    This home features one bedroom and one bath on the main level and two bedrooms and one bath upstairs. Bedroom 1 on the main level includes a queen bed and an attached bathroom. The main level bath can be accessed through the bedroom or through the kitchen. This large bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Heading up the beautiful solid wood stairs you will find the additional bedrooms and bathroom. Bedroom 2 features a very comfortable king bed with an office nook. Bedroom 3 features two twin beds in an adorable and cheery room, perfect for children. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

    Downtown Farmhouse offers a beautiful, fully fenced backyard perfect for children or your furry travel companion, as this home is pet friendly! The shaded, tree lined yard also has a gas grill and a picnic table, perfect for enjoying an evening meal.

    The home is located within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and bars downtown and 1/2 block from Cody Craft Brewing! Make downtown Farmhouse your charming home away from home when visiting all Cody, Wyoming has to offer!

The house was very cozy. The host had EVERYTHING you could think might be needed. The best Vrbo I’ve stayed in. If you’re traveling with a dog, the yard was immaculate. Lots of room for them to stretch their legs. The location was hospitable for local restaurants and bars. We will definitely stay here again.

Cody family vacation

Location was perfect and we loved the farmhouse!! It was perfect for our stay. Lovely fenced yard and fully stocked kitchen.

Our family of five enjoyed our stay at the Downtown Farmhouse. We had plenty of space, and it was great being able to walk to downtown.

This is an absolutely charming house. We had a wonderful stay with everything we needed. It was very clean. The neighbors were quiet. There was a deer grazing in the yard next door. Just lovely! We would stay here again! They do have central air and also one window unit upstairs and one downstairs. We appreciated that because it was hot one of our days and we used the window units. Just FYI.

Cutest little farmhouse

This was a great place for us. Every box was checked - clean, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, nice yard for the dog and convenient to everything. We will come back!

This was a great place to stay - very clean, extremely well equipped, good location, reasonable cost! My husband and I are in our 70s and found the stairs a bit steep. We would have appreciated a better description of them. That's literally the only complaint we have.

Great little space

The home was super clean and nicely equipped. A great space for a small group in a great location - easy access to everything, including Yellowstone.

Cozy cottage- great location!

We had absolutely great time at the property that was so close to everything! We walked downtown, to the grocery store and even to Granny’s (great restaurant)! We loved our time in Cody!

Cody Farmhouse/Bungalow

Really cute and comfortable rental. Comfortable beds, everything you need, and a great location for visiting places like Yellowstone, Buffalo Bill Museum, Heart Mountain, etc. Cody is a cute town with good shopping and restaurants, including the Irma Hotel/ Restaurant. Restoration on the house was well thought out and includes a pretty side yard with gardens. Very nice place to stay.

Gorgeous Farmhouse

My family and I quite enjoyed our stay in Cody! The house was immaculate and had all the amenities we could possibly need for a week's stay. We found so much to do right in town and highly recommend the high-energy Cody Rodeo! The property management team was very easy to reach and helpful during our stay. We would definitely come back again!

Cody Downtown Farmhouse

This place was just darling!!!! We loved how they renovated this old home-simply beautiful. The yard was great for our dogs and the deer loved the front yard! Location was fabulous and the beds were so comfortable. Had everything we needed and more! Thank you for putting so much love into this sweet home and for sharing.

Cody Family Reunion

We enjoyed our family reunion so much! It was fun to get to know cousins we’ve not seen in many many years. Stories from long ago and new friendships will always be in our hearts. The downtown farmhouse was so perfect for a relaxing environment—- clean, pretty, comfortable, — it was a great place!! We would highly recommend a stay here!

This house was great. It was clean and the property seems to have been recently updated. The furniture was of high quality including the beds. The linens were also of good quality and ample so that we did not have to wash them during our stay to maintain an adequate supply. The kitchen was adequately stocked including enough storage containers for food. The property managment company maintained good communication from the time of the booking until we had checked out of the property. It was unseasonably hot when we were visiting. The house dose not have central air conditioning. There were two window air conditioning units in the house (one upstairs and one downstairs) and room fans were supplied so this made it tolerable. The location is great and only a about 1/4-1/2 mile from downtown so we were able to walk to restaurants and stores. If we travel to Cody again, we would definitely stay at this house again.

Beautiful and comfortable house with cozy atmosphere. Parking in front and out back. Nice backyard. Watch your head going upstairs or downstairs due to low ceiling. Within walking distance of downtown. Great service!
