You'll need a car - there isn't much in terms of supermarket or dining etc nearby, altho "De Garage" is just around the corner and they make some great food and have basic items like snacks etc.

"We stayed at The Sandpiper from Tuesday to Monday and had a truly phenomenal time. The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful and peaceful — the perfect place to relax. What really stood out was the service: everyone on the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. Any time we needed something, they were quick to help, and even if it wasn’t readily available, they found a way to assist. Overall, a wonderful stay and an excellent experience. We hope to return!"

"We had a great time at the villa in Apple Hall. It has everything you need to have a cozy vacation with family or friends. It was easy to check in and Janet was available just about any time for questions or concerns. We loved our comfortable days spent by the pool. A suggestion my friend made for making the pool more usable during full sun is to put a sun shade over it connecting to the shed and house.My other friend thought the villa was a little out of the way and suggested that people should know it is not in an area that has much for entertainment or dining.Myself, I like a low key vacation and thought it was perfect for that. We got groceries on the way home from the airport and were able to find some local places to eat along the main road that we could walk to. We rented a car for a few days and went to the busier and more beachy areas then. The bus is also easy to take, but it is a long ride to the more populated areas. "

There was a bit of confusion at first checking in as the usual manager had recently passed away, but once we got in touch with Ainslie, she was very quick to respond and sort things out. The neighbors were very nice and Omar living next door as a taxi option is very convenient. It's a bit far from things so we recommend having a car otherwise. "
