"I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the property was and the friendliness of the staff. My mother is disabled and because our room had too many stairs to get to (upstairs was about 20 steps, then another 20 steps to get to the beds in the room), the owner allowed us to stay in a second room on the ground floor at no extra cost! "The accommodation was easy to locate and very comfortable. The owners were very welcoming and attentive and provided an excellent breakfast far beyond the normal expectations of a B&B. Access to Ferrara was quite simple and there was an excellent restaurant nearby for those not wanting to go into the city to eat. A very useful 'tourist' pack was provided on arrival with up to date information of events and attractions."
