"Convenient hotel with a lot of amenities. Right on the beach and affordable parking. Our beach view was lovely. However, we were disappointed to find that our room didn’t have a microwave. My one comment would be that for such a high cost, the rooms could certainly use an upgrade."

"When we arrived to check in, the staff at the front desk were super friendly and welcoming. We got everything we needed and headed up to our room. We had a partial beach view from our balcony which was actually beautiful. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. I have no complaints!"

"The property is a little bit dated and the room was on the smaller side, but the location and friendly staff made up for that. We just wanted an affordable room for our stay which is what we found at Plim Plaza. It is a great location on the boardwalk and parking wasn't an issue. For parking, they have unloading area and a small lot right at the hotel that fills up, but they have another large parking lot about a block away which always had spots available. The hotel pool was really nice. There were plenty of lounge chairs and a waitress came around to take drink orders. Also you can walk right out of the hotel onto the boardwalk or onto the beach. All in all, we really enjoyed our time staying here at Ocean City."

"Great location!! Pleasant staff! Check in was super easy and our room was close to elevator as requested. The bed was really hard like a wood box not comfortable for a good night sleep after spending all day at the beach. We noticed the room lighting was very dim. Please insert some led lightning near bed or television. Also clean your shower heads and remove water stains from around bathing facility. Water pressure low coming out shower head. As a building inspector this room would’ve been in violation in my jurisdiction. Thanks for securing all entrances and exits we felt safe and will stay again next time"

"Overall a nice stay for myself and family. Staff were wonderful. They allowed us an early check in at no charge. Breakfast staff friendly and helpful. The only areas I did not mark as excellent- housekeeping could be a bit more thorough. There was food left behind in our rooms fridge, the fridge smelled the whole time we were there even after telling them. Found rotten bananas behind the dresser. Black hairs in the bathroom and on clean towels. We had an issue with guests in a neighboring room with noise. The walls maybe a bit too thin? I shouldn’t be able to hear them talking or their TV all night, though the volume was probably more the problem. Front desk did address with other guest after we brought it to their attention, and it was quiet afterwards. Location is just a few minutes from the beach and plenty of food nearby making it a convenient place to stay. My smaller children enjoyed the pool and toys available to play at the pool, as well as an actual playground to the back side of the property. The pool area itself could use some TLC. You can tell some things have been let go over time, but overall was still relaxing and a great feature located outside."
