"Mariella was a superb host that went above and beyond our expectations. She made amazing breakfasts and adapted skillfully for our dairy allergy so we didn’t even notice that a huge component of the normal breakfast menu was off limits. The breakfasts were a beautiful taste of the foods of the area and Puglia, and varied daily. She even had vegan croissants available for us every morning!!
