Important Rules:
Absolutely no events, parties, loud music, or yelling. This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Violations will result in cancellation without refund.


Do not block driveways or public roads — vehicles may be towed
No parking on the lawn — this can damage the sewer system
Strict 4-car limit for all guests
About the Area:
The home is centrally located, only about 30 minutes to Cocoa Beach! Only 25 minutes to Port Canaveral - the perfect house to stay at before/after your cruise! Just 39 minutes to Orlando Airport and under 1 hour to all the Disney theme parks! Awesome location within a short drive of Orlando’s attractions Plenty of local places to eat & drink near the water of the Indian River, many of them the rocket launches are visible! Such as El Leoncito Mexican cuisine, Shiloh’s Steak & Seafood, Old Florida Grill & Oyster house - serves gator tail! Other places to note are Playalinda brewing company, the Space Bar and PSJ Cellar Restaurant.


About the home:
Enjoy our wide-open layout that creates a comfortable & spacious feeling both inside & out! INSIDE: The 16-ft custom-built island has plenty of seating to accommodate the whole family. The modernistic kitchen is perfect for cooking, playing games, & sharing quality time! Relax on the comfortable recliner couches in both open living rooms while watching 4K SmartTV. Upon entrance, there is a large open area with a living room & TV to your left. There’s a large bedroom with a king bed & half bathroom to your right. Upstairs find a spacious loft & 4 other bedrooms sleeping 17 guests together. The master suite features a soaking tub & shower
OUTSIDE: It doesn’t get much better than this Tiki style getaway whether you’re taking a dip in the automatically heated saltwater swimming pool or enjoying a drink at our exclusive custom-made 12-ft bar. Lounge in the comfortable patio couches by the warm fire pit or feel the breeze while swinging on the hammock under the palm trees. The grilling station is custom-made as well, and offers plenty of space to cook. It’s so relaxing at night time fulfilling the getaway experience!

Check in is contact free, guests are provided with a unique code for self check in using our smart lock. All spaces are for guests, including deck and backyard. Strictly NO PARKING on the street, it is narrow and inconveniences the neighbors, the township WILL tow your vehicle at your expense. There is more than enough parking space on the driveway.
Guests will be left alone to enjoy their stay at my home but can contact me at any time and expect a fast response.
