"We came and went pretty quickly but the time spent at the cottage was soooo relaxing. We enjoyed the backyard. Grilled hamburgers, hung out at the outside bar, listened to music, enjoyed a fire on the cute fire pit, enjoyed meeting the neighbors staying next door. The quietness of the neighborhood was so pleasant. We walked to the beach and pier. Mandy has flowers as you walk through one part of the entrance that smell amazing. I will definitely be back. We absolutely enjoyed our short time."

"This house is STUNNING and has absolutely everything you need to enjoy an extended stay. Things were immaculately clean when we arrived. The neighborhood is quiet, but full of friendly folks. "Property is large and roomy. We only stayed two nights while getting our group together for a cruise. A short walk to the beach where you have a great view of cruise ships leaving and entering port and of the rocket launch facilities. We didn't cook so I cant comment on appliances or kitchenware. "We loved Pier Beach House in Cocoa Beach and will return again. With 6 adults and 4 kids (12, 6, 3, 2) the home was very comfortable and perfect for us! I had a problem entering, so I called and they responded with a solution within 10 minutes. The home had everything you can imagine. "Overall, we loved our stay! You have put so much into that place with all the little details anticipated for guests. Our only issue was one of the 2 bathrooms is in a bedroom. Two of our party got that bath & the other 5 had to share the only other bath. Not sure how you could fix it tho. All in all, it was fantastic!"
