Go to sleep watching sunset. 2 block walk/bike to beach. Centrally located to historic cocoa beach. Brand new renovation. Newly renovated from the studs up. Brand new hvac, kitchen, appliances, bedding, furniture, dock…most everything.

We so enjoyed our time at this home. The beds were so comfortable, kitchen has everything you need available and clean. The view from the pool was awesome. We used the kayaks as well. Will definitely rebook this home again.
