This condo is just a few steps to the beach through a private beach access designated just for the complex and has everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach. It's as close as it gets to the beach! This beautiful home boasts a modern coastal vibe with new furnishings that perfectly complement the stunning seaside setting. The large galley kitchen is fully stocked, making meal preparation a breeze. A beautiful dining table is perfect for enjoying your delicious creations.
Take a load off in the primary suite on the comfy king size bed or relax in the guest room on the brand new queen size bed. Both rooms have plenty of closet space to unpack and unwind. There is also a very comfortable queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
The spacious bathroom includes two vanities and a walk-in shower, ideal for refreshing after a day in the sun. Dive into the heated pool, rinse off after a beach day in the outdoor shower, grill up something delicious on the BBQ located on the pool deck or unwind in the cozy living room while watching the sunrise and sunset right from your front door. There is also onsite coin laundry available. Located in the secluded south Cocoa Beach area, this condo is just a short drive from downtown's bustling attractions.
