Great Location and Spacious

Great location close to beaches and the Banana River. Roomy and clean, with balconies in front and back. We would stay here again if we return to Cocoa Beach.

Our stay at Sole

This was by far the best place we’ve booked for a vacation. We had such a great stay. It was super clean, family friendly, and just a few minutes drive to the stores and restaurants. The location is great and you can walk right across the street to the beach, they also had beach stuff for you to borrow while there. We will definitely be back, thank you for letting us stay and make great memories for our family! :)

The property itself was beautiful and within walking distance of the beach, which I loved. There were a couple of issues. There was a mixup between which property I actually reserved on Expedia and the one that was prepared for us. Due to that, there was some issue with enough bed space for all 6 of us. I did speak to the owner who was very accommodating and we ended up making it work. Even though it did not go as smoothly as I would have liked, the place is gorgeous with great amenities, even a gym! I would definitely stay here again.

The experience overall is good. Except there were no toilet paper in 2nd bathroom, no more than 1 hand towel for whole unit, no extra trash bags. There wasn't direct phone number to ask for help. All communications through Expedia, but for some reason I couldn't login to my account. We were staying for 4 nights and use whatever host provided.
