Wonderful stay with amazing views!

We had an amazing stay at this Condo with our family. The owner was very friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The condominium complex felt safe and well maintained. The condo itself was very clean and nicely decorated with family friendly furniture. The views are unbeatable with the wide open windows in the living room and master bedroom. Very easy to walk down to the beach or pool. Close to lots of fun activities, and we even got to view two rocket launches!

Highly Recommend - Excellent Place to Stay!!!

The description and pictures match the property - what you see is what you get!! Tina's place was a great place to stay. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could want/need. The condo was clean, good location and quiet. Loved that there is a garage space for your car and to store beach chairs/towels. We had no issues with internet service and the big TV was nice. Tina was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend Tina's place!!!

Fantastic Spot!!

Everything was fantastic! The view was breathtaking. The location of the pool received sun all day and the pool was heated. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed in the master bedroom was comfy (loved the firm mattress!) and was able to watch the sunrise while laying in bed. Picture window in the living room was the perfect spot to have a massage with the sound of the waves and ocean breeze. The only sad part was having to leave.... would highly recommend and we’ll definitely be returning. Thanks so much for preparing us with detailed instructions and an excellent vacation spot. Oh! and we loved the swivel TV :)

Wonderful Condo

The ocean views from the condo are amazing! The condo was clean and had everything needed for a wonderful stay. We loved walking on the beach and sitting on the balcony to take advantage of the sunrises. Great, quiet complex with plenty of parking.

Amazing Place to stay

This condo is right on the beach, with a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean from a huge picture window in the living room and a corner balcony that faces both east and south. The balcony is accessible from the living room as well as the master bedroom. It is very spacious with 2 good sized bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (one is en suite). The kitchen is also quite large and is very well stocked with everything you could need. We like to cook so this was perfect for us. We travel all over the world staying in "vacation rentals" and this place, by far, is the best! There is even a garage to put our car in, though outside parking is also available. Tina was very easy to communicate with and took care of everything quickly. I highly recommend staying here.

Location, location, location

The view was spectacular. The kitchen was great, all the high end equipment was there that anyone would need. After a week or so we felt the bed was not up to par. We contacted owner who immediately fixed the problem by having a mattress topper sent to the condo. There was a problem with construction going on in the next door condo all month long and the hammering and sawing was at times disturbing. Although it couldn’t be helped we had no idea that construction was going on next door. Owner was easily contacted when needed.

It was Perfect!

We had the best time in this beautiful condo. It just felt like home for the month that we were there. It had all the amenities of home, with a beautiful view of Cocoa Beach. Tina was wonderful to work with and made sure that we had everything that we needed and that we were comfortable.....we would love to visit Cocoa Beach again and have the same exact experience. We've stayed at many places up and down this coast and this place by far is our favorite....<3

Beach lover's dream

This condo was everything advertised. Great location. Well appointed. I went to just relax and lounge around but there's plenty to do if you desire. I enjoyed beautiful sunrises and even z SpaceX launch during my stay. You won't be disappointed.

Beautiful condo, great location right on the beach

We had a wonderful vacation here, this place is really lovely! We were sad to leave. Great location, right on the beach, close to restaurants and shopping, very clean, and had all the amenities you could ever need. The condo is set up really nicely as well (has a beautiful large kitchen and gorgeous full view of the ocean) and is very comfortable (super comfy beds too!). We felt that the pictures didn’t even do the place justice and were delighted at how nice it was to sit on the deck overlooking the ocean or zip down to swim. We would definitely come back to stay here!

Beautiful Relaxing and First Class!!

This is a beautiful and relaxing property. The owner's attention to detail shows the minute one walks into the unit. The location is within walking distance to Cocoa Beach Pier and Jetty Park. The views extend from the pier to the launchpads at Cape Kennedy to the north. Nearby Port Canaveral is a great place for dining and watching the cruise ships head out to sea. Easy access to all the space coast has to offer. I highly recommend this location to everyone!!

Beautiful condo, perfect location, gorgeous view.

Beautiful condo with everything you would need. Ocean view is incredible! Steps from the ocean and close to restaurants, Cocoa Beach Pier, and Port Canaveral. Owner was extremely helpful and responsive to our questions.

Fantastic! Amazing view; great place.

Couldn't have asked for a better stay and experience! Tina was fantastic. Our 3 kids loved this place; pool was great, access to the beach was perfect! Would stay here again in a heartbeat. My son asked the other day when we could go back to Miss Tina's place! We were able to watch the solar probe launch from the beach... moonlight bouncing off of the water at night was gorgeous... short stroll from Cocoa Beach pier.... Great memories!

The property was so equipped and lovely

Tina has a lovely condo and even though we had to leave early due to buisness, we had a lovely time and hope to go back next year. Tina made our trip comfortable in answering any questions and was so easy to contact. Hope to visit again. Sincerly, lorraine Johnson

Spectacular views of the ocean clean & comfortable

Thank you for an amazing vacation. This star property has spectacular views of the ocean. It was clean and comfortable and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. The communication with the owner was awesome. The beach was gorgeous and within walking distance to the pier with restaurants and an arcade. The pool was an added benefit. It would be a perfect family getaway. I highly recommend it for a fabulous beach stay.

Beauty on the beach

We've been renting Tina's condo for 5 years and we keep on coming . It's a beautiful condo and the view directly on the beach it breath taking every year we have the chance to see rocket lanchs and lots of walking bare feet for miles on the beach.The people in the building are all nice when we meet them in the elevator or in the pool.Can't wait to go back. A DIAMOND.

What a great place for me to stay...clean...well maintained....the owner was great to deal with....what a sweetheart....I felt safe.....coffee in the morning overlooking that beautiful beach.....walking distance on the beach to restaurants...what more could a girl want? I would definitely stay there again....soon I hope! Thank you.
