This house works out perfectly for a large family. The beds were comfortable and plenty of space to have your own private place. The pool was amazing and the proximity to beach and public spaces were superb!! The beach chairs and toys made it possible for our grands to have a great time without overpacking for plane ride! The hosts/owner was prompt to respond and take care of any questions! Highly recommend this lovely home.

This absolutely beautiful home has convenient location for beach access with plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys available to borrow. It has gorgeous gathering spaces for groups, inside and outside by the pool. Kitchen is well equipped with an ample supply of spices if you’re cooking in. The back yard is a lovely place to relax and recharge. The bedrooms are spacious, very comfortable and the master bath is especially stunning. Make time to show off your ping pong, foosball, Digdug, Galaga or Joust domination in the game room or to stop into the great little neighborhood bar just across the street. Property hosts Edmund and Anna are exceptionally kind and responsive in their communication. Hope to stay with them again sometime!

This property was ideal for our family of twelve to host a gathering. The availability of spacious bedrooms and connecting bathrooms made our stay exceptionally convenient. We were particularly appreciative of the recreational amenities in the garage, which included a ping pong table, foosball table, two free-standing video gaming units, numerous beach chairs, a beach wagon, surfboards, boogie boards, and beach toys. The presence of multiple areas for socializing (dining area, garage fun, back room sitting area, and outdoor pool area) provided flexibility for both group gatherings and individual activities. Additionally, the property boasted an impressive-sized refrigerator in the kitchen, along with additional refrigerators and freezers in the garage, ensuring ample storage space.Anna and Edmund demonstrated exceptional communication skills throughout our stay, from before to after our visit. Before our arrival, they provided us with updates regarding our upcoming stay. During our stay, they promptly responded to any inquiries or issues we encountered and addressed them in a positive manner. After our departure, they followed up to confirm that we were happy and our stay had been satisfactory. The convenient location of the property was an additional perk. On the street to the beach entrance, right across the street to many eating establishments/grocery store and close to town. Definitely a 5 star stay.

So this property is very highly rated but our family of 10 (7 adults & 3 kids) stayed July 2026 and thought quite a few things fell short given all the hype.Frankly it needs a maintenance and cleaning overhaul:Arrived & unloaded groceries & found the fridge to be gunky especially behind the crisper drawers. The main level bedroom shower has significant mold on its ceiling.2 of the 4 bikes don't work (no chain & no pedal). They don't say there is but there's no climate control in the garage & past places we've been with converted garages typically are - & it was so muggy & miserable in there. They had one standing fan that was broken and held together with tape. The elevator was not on & working upon arrival - despite communication & request for it to be. They DID respond and quickly get it fixed (24 hours) but didn't have it for hauling luggage/my mother's arrival. In general things are worn: drawers (especially trash and lower bedroom dresser) don't pull smoothly, dining chairs have cracks on the tops/backs, probably need fresh paint and baseboard scrub, etc.ANTS. They had ant traps in kitchen but these things were all over especially if you dropped a single crumb - people were getting bit up.It still had pros though! Location is prime time. It's one of the most well stocked vrbos Ive seen. Outdoor setup was great. Overall vary spacious house and rooms & loved the # of bathrooms. Owners are communicative.Needs TLC!

This place was amazing, truly couldn't find anything wrong. The whole family loved the place. We have rented several houses over the years and this was by far the best. The host has thought of everything to make this a 5 star place to stay.

Great home for a large group.
