We stayed here with our 13 & 7 year old. It was their first trip to see the ocean and it was absolutely perfect. Awesome location, beautiful beach, and very cozy condo. Everything about our stay was phenomenal and we would go back in a heartbeat!

We loved our stay! The property was very nice and we loved the short walk to the beach. It was the first big vacation for our kids and they loved being able to walk to the beach and having a tv in their room at night. Communication was great with the property manager and everything was very clean when we arrived. Thanks so much for a great place to stay on our trip!

This condo was perfect! Location, cleanliness, amenities and communication was all too-notch. Things we loved: the sunrise on the rooftop, the proximity to the beach and pier, the pool was pristine, communication with owner. Grocery store is a short 5min walk away. Things to make it better: maybe some basic supplies: salt and pepper, coffee/tea, maybe some complimentary bottles of water on arrival. Overall, we would definitely recommend!!! My 16 yo daughter and I spent 3 nights here in mid-April and the unit was exactly as it appeared on VRBO. They have done a good job remodeling; it was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and good size. My only complaint was the couch...it has to go; it is old, and the cushions have nothing left in them, you sink and it is uncomfortable to sit and watch TV. Otherwise, noise at night was never an issue. You are close to the Naval base, so fighter jets do their drills during the day, but they were fun to watch. Parking was never an issue either, and the rooftop balcony was a great place to watch sunrise and sunset. We always felt safe. Great place for a couple or family of 4 to stay, you can't any closer to the beach!

The place is nice. It is a bit tight for 6 people and fits 4 better. The pool was actually heated and very nice. The best part is the 360 deck that overlooks the ocean. There are nice chairs and tables to chill and soak in the view.

We had a lovely weekly at Cocoa Beach. Weather was wonderful this time of year. Plenty of amenities available at the beach. Condo was large & included everything we could possibly need. Our only negative - unit above us created a lot of noise overhead - not sure if they have any rugs on the tile floors.

Stayed here for a month while escaping the cold of Illinois and while working from home. Thoroughly enjoyed the sun and being able to enjoy having the sliding door opened with no bugs. Internet was great. A number of fun restaurants within walking distance provided a break from cooking every night after working during the day. On the weekends, there are a ton of restaurants within a short drive. Would recommend this unit!
