This newly remodeled, beautiful vacation home (sleeps 8) is a short and easy walk to the beach and minutes from downtown Cocoa Beach! Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, attractions and car rentals all within walking distance. Our high end furniture, mattresses and decor bring all the luxuries of home on your vacation!

Heated Salt water pool with Beach area/umbrella for kids or lounging. Tiki Bar for added tropical fun!

Sandy Toes Beach House is beautiful inside and out. The furniture and beds are high quality with Smart TV's in each room. Sofa queen bed w/ upgraded mattress, sleeps 2. Open kitchen/living room area to enjoy. Spacious, fully stocked kitchen and BBQ. Our home has a fenced private backyard, with a big heated salt water pool to add to your tropical day! We have 4 cruiser bikes, 2 scooters w/helmets, Beach toys, Beach chairs, umbrella's, beach wagon, cooler & more! The home is 0.25 mile from our beach with the entrance at the end of our street. We are located 2 miles from Port Canaveral, 1 mile from the Cocoa Beach Pier and Ron Jon's and the location makes day trips to Orlando attractions such as Disney world, Universal Studios, or Kennedy Space Center quick and easy. Local attractions include, miniature golf, great food and music and more. Pet friendly. Please confirm pet eligibility before booking. $100 pet fee - per pet.

We had a wonderful time at Sandy Toes beach house. The location was perfect. Close to beach, Space center, parks. We watched a rocket launch from the beach. 6 adults felt like plenty of room. Pool area was fabulous. .frombeach.

great family vacation

We stayed in Mid March and really enjoyed the pool and location (easy walk to the beach). It was also close to activities around Cocoa beach. We had a great time and would recommend this home to anyone

We had such a great time at Sandy Toes. The location was central to restaurants, shops, and sights, the beds were comfy, the pool area was incredible, and we loved having everyone stay in one spot for family togetherness. My only small recommendation for it would be to allow us to run the dishwasher at check out instead of having the dishes fully washed. Sometimes you are finishing up that morning coffee and it could lead to dirty dishes being put back on shelves by guests when they are in a hurry to check out. Loved it overall, thank you for the stay!

Cute home, great location, fun trip

The house is cute and comfortable. My girls said it was like staying at nanas house. The kids pretty much lived in the pool the entire time, it was a very short walk to the beach, comfortable beds. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Great getaway

It's perfect!

The house was very clean, well maintained, and stocked with everything needed indoor and out. The location was excellent; a short walk to the beach and a very easy drive to and from Orlando for the airport or fun activities. The pool area was impressive-- very spacious, lots of seating, and the tiki bar was great. I highly recommend this place!

Fabulous home

If I could give this property 10 stars, I would! Perfect location, very clean and well maintained. The heated pool was used every day. The lighting outside at night was great. Do yourself a favor and rent this home, you won’t be disappointed!

Sandy Toes is great

Very nice as always. Has all extras you may need for beach and cooking. Pool is great, outdoors landscaping is great. Great location to the beach and if you are lucky you can see a NASA launch, the night one we saw from the pool was exciting.

Family fun

We loved the property. Clean and comfortable. Great yard and pool. Quick walk to the beach. Lots of shells. Good location. We went to Kennedy Space Center, Sea World and a dolphin cruise. We also saw rwo rocket launches. We also made use of the bikes. We had a wonderful time! Hopefully we can return soon.

Family Vacation

This is our second multi-generational family getaway at this home including our dog. The house is stocked with everything you need to cook, relax, and enjoy a short walk to the beach or the fabulous heated pool. The host was quickly responsive to any requests or questions and provided easy to follow instructions regarding our responsibilities as renters. Her suggestions for things to do and restaurants to check out in the area were much appreciated. We look forward to another stay in the future and would not hesitate to recommend this property to others. It is the perfect place for a kid friendly and dog friendly gathering.

Sondra is a very lovable person who was always at our side. She has a beautiful poolhouse, which is wellequipped - in the kitchen you will find everything and more - to prepare delicious meals. There are great bikes and lots of games and beach things. The Beach can be reached in 5 minutes and is beautiful. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back again. We were on the road for 3 weeks in Florida and you were our number 1!

Amazing Stay

Everything about this home is great! It’s obvious that the owners have put a lot of time and love into making this place something special! It is even more beautiful in person than the photos show. The beach is just a short walk away and the storage shed is stocked with everything you need, including chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, bikes, scooters, and a wagon. Sondra was very responsive and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. We will definitely be returning!! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!!
