During this time there will notice equipment and hear some noise during weekday daytime hours. By reserving this unit, you confirm that you are informed of and accept these conditions. Be mindful, as with all construction projects, the timeline is somewhat fluid, as unexpected issues can arise and affect the projected completion date.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $1,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host.
