This one bedroom one bath unit is located in the heart of Cocoa Beach, just a few minutes from Lori Wilson Park, the Cocoa Beach Pier, Ron Jons Surf Shop, and a variety of restaurants that are loved by locals. This bright, airy unit is well equipped with A/C, WiFi, free parking, a TV, washer & dryer, a screened in patio, and a comfy queen size bed. Walk to the beach in just one minute and enjoy watching NASA rocket launches and soaking up the Florida sun!

The Space:
This apartment and complex are owned by Cocoa Beach locals and have been passed down within the same family for three generations. We’re happy to carry on the tradition of welcoming guests to our favorite Florida beach town!
This cozy unit features one queen bed with fresh, white linens and a newly renovated private bathroom. The coastal nautical paintings and charming beachy furniture curate the perfect coastal cottage feel for our guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with an electric range, a microwave and, of course, a coffee pot for getting your morning started before you set off. A bistro table for two is perfect for planning your day while you caffeinate.
When you get back, nothing beats a blast of A/C and a cool shower in your full bathroom that is stocked with toiletries, a hair dryer, and plush towels. End your day with a cold cocktail on the screened in patio. This unit is a secluded gem that is a perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway, business trip, or a home base while exploring Cocoa Beach.

The Neighborhood:
Cocoa Beach is a friendly beach town on the Florida Coast with the perfect balance of locals and visitors. It feels like home, but also like a place where time slows down and “the real world” fades away. Cocoa Beach is great for taking day trips, too! Disney World, Universal Studios and Island of Adventure are all within an hour’s drive. Kennedy Space Center is a half-hour drive away. Wildlife lovers and birdwatchers be sure to check out nearby Banana River, a 31-mile lagoon with salt marshes, oyster beds and mangrove swamps that are home to dolphins, manatees, blue herons and more.

Getting Around:
Plenty of space for onsite parking at unit. Many places are within walking distance locally. (beaches, shops, restaurant/bars, etc.) Very close to A1A and SR520 intersection that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly. (Orlando is less than 40 min away)
Uber and Lyft are prevalent and efficient in the area as well.

Perfect Location

Condo is very clean and has the basics for bathroom and kitchen. Short walk to beach and pier. Just a block from main road that has shopping, restaurants, and grocery store.

As described

Just fine for our needs, the porch door didn’t work and one of the locks on the double slider was broken, I didn’t feel unsafe, but was sure not to leave anything valuable. quick walk to the beach, I would suggest having some beach chairs available for guest use. Overall our stay was just wonderful!

Amazing Location and Place

Good Breeze was all that it advertised and more . A quick jaunt to the beach with all of the amenities we could ask for . The bed was super comfy , the decor really made it feel like a vacation. Can’t wait to go back . It was super accessible and had a strong shower with hot water . AC was great and beach chairs and cooler were an added bonus . Loved it

Cozy Beach Retreat

My husband and I enjoyed the location and convenience of this first floor apartment. It had everything we needed for an eight day stay. Parking was right outside the door. You can walk to the beach in minutes. We would love to stay for a month next year.

Our stay was unexpectedly cut short but pleasant. This is an older property which has been nicely updated and refurbished. There was a mechanical issue with the air conditioner with which the owner dealt immediately and efficiently. Overall, the stay was too brief, but enjoyable.

Property needs some work,somewhat disappointed,great location

upon entering property,noticed a portable air conditioning unit in the front windows facing parking,the mini split was inoperable,which made front windows easy to enter had someone wanted in,unable to close blinds completely for privacy,(i temporarily put cardboard up,no vent fan in bath/shower,toilet seat was about to fall off(i tightened it up)floors were filthy,your feet would be black from walking on floor,a very unsightly plywood box covering the water heater in kitchen,positives,easy acess to beach,ease of entry/exit,very peaceful and quiet.

Loved this place.

This condo is close walking distance to the beach, the pier, the grocery, and Ron Jon Surf shop. I never had to drive while I was there. The management was great and always were prompt and helpful answering any questions that I had. The condo was clean and well kept. I have no complaints and highly recommended.

Nice little apartment

This is a ground-level apartment with a second level above. The apartment was clean, relatively modern, and only one block from beach access. Neighborhood seemed safe. A number of small amenities were provided, including coffee, filters, sweetener, etc. There is a window air conditioner in the bedroom. It was quiet, except for footsteps in the apartment above. You can hear every step. Negatives include no dishwasher, weak water pressure in the shower, and a small TV. But it was worth the price, especially being so close to the beach.
