We travelled 5 hours to Blackpool looking forward to a relaxing break instead we experienced one of the worst hotel stays we have ever had.
Cleanliness & Condition Completely Unacceptable:
• Moved between four different rooms due to ongoing cleanliness and maintenance issues
• Rooms showed clear signs of neglect: damp on walls, damaged fixtures, peeling surfaces

"Friendly Reception Staff. The sea view room that we were allocated was awful generally!! Scaffolding blocking any possible sea view!! Went back to Reception to ask for another room. Very helpful and located a room on the side of the Hotel with no scaffolding up and at least a seaview. Had to ask for another bedside cabinet! Surely the simplest item to have in a room. Very small and bathroom not clean at all! One chair for 2 people. No entertainment at all despite advertising as such!! Food was...
