"I was through for work, staying two nights. I booked a single ensuite room. It was basic but comfortable. I ate dinner in the hotel the first night which was tasty and reasonably priced; breakfast both days were continental and had a good range of options. Service was friendly."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Folly Hotel, my single room was small but very cosy and quiet, and the bed was so comfy! I had everything I needed. A welcoming basket of snacks is provided in your room on arrival and although cooked breakfasts aren't available you are provided with some breakfast food items in your room. I let the hotel know of my dietary requirements when booking and they very kindly provided some vegan breakfast items including instant porridge and yoghurt. My only complaint is that this was only replenished for two of the three nights I stayed there, so I had to go out for breakfast on my final day. I think there is a lounge with a TV and bar that is open some nights, but I didn't use this. Overall had a lovely stay in this ideally located hotel!"
