"An great place to stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast lady cook, excellent, always had a good chat with my partner. Excellent food and fresh food. "

"Don’t know much about this property because we were just there for a night stay."

"日本語を話せる女性が一人います。みんなとても親切です。大きなホテルで７０人くらいの結婚式をしていました。清潔です。熱いお湯も出るし、水圧も申し分ないです。ハノイ、空港などへ行くバスをホテルまで呼んでくれます。朝食はビュッフェで、中華、洋食、いろんな種類のものを食べられます。道の向かいにドンキホーテのようなスーパーがあります。駅、国境、祠、歩いて行けます。Thank You!! "

"Nice property-huge parking lot"

"Although I didn’t like their breakfast much, the great staff and hotel itself made up for that. I enjoyed my stay. "

"DO NOT STAY HERE. We were hoping for a resort-style place to unwind for a day before we travelled to Sapa. We arrived at 6am hoping for an early check-in. We paid NZD90 for a night and were charged USD80 (NZD120) to check in early. Breakfast was sparse and tastes awful - this place had the worst selection we have encountered so far. The place feels eerie, like you're in a horror movie. Everything smells like cigarette smoke. The only other guests we saw were what looked like Chinese high rollers...

"Comfortable bed, good bathroom, helpful staff, and overall great value for the money. "

"L'hôtel est bien situé, son accès est très facile depuis la gare de Lao Caí ou depuis la station de bus de Sao Viet. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les prestations annoncées semblent prometteuses. Malheureusement nous sommes venus pendant la période creuse (juillet) et tout était fermé. Nous avons tout de même passé un agréable séjour puis que nous étions les seuls clients de l'hôtel. La personne à l'accueil a été très serviable et attentionnée."

"None of the listed amenities actually exist. No pool. No spa. Horrible location way out on the edge of town. On the positive side, the girl at the front desk was very helpful. She helped me get a train ticket out of Lao Cai. I was going to stay three nights but left after one. Also the bed was nice and comfortable after a few weeks of hard traveling. Oh, and there was supposed to be a free breakfast but there was no cook so it consisted of a cup of really bad cold coffee. Unless you just...

"The owner is very nice. It is located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. We enjoyed lots of beautiful roses and other flowers as well as cute animals in the compound. It was also nice that we could walk to the Sunday market. "

"At check in, they kept insisting we have not paid for our room!, we had to show her our cc statement that it’s paid for. They won’t give us a room with a view, even though we were the only people staying there. We had to keep our curtains closed throughout as it was directly to an open top of the next building. At checkout, we were asked to pay for our room again! On our insistence, they let us go, as I said’ we paid for our room when we booked! Nice hotel, but the insisting that we have not...

"I made a card payment in advance at Expedia and showed the receipt screen, but I was forced to pay cash on site. I was ignored when I asked to contact a middleman if your hotel was listed on Expedia by the middleman."

"Super kind staff. We enjoyed staying here."
