Lake Mulwala Boatel

"The property is beautifully situated on the banks of Lake Mulwala. The views from the rooms are amazing. The facilities like pool, tennis and mini golf are nice for families. They also have kayaks and paddle boards for hire but better planned in advance. Walking distance from Club Mulwala which has food and entertainment at reasonable prices. The only negative I would call out and it is an easy fix is when we got the checkin message it said Apt #xx but dint give us a map or directions on how to get there as the property is huge and there are town houses with the same number as the apartments and hence we went to the wrong place initially. However the checkin person did help us on the call. Best the hotel provides a map or diagram in the checkin message."

"Person serving drinks, checking in guests, handling the TAB and other areas in the public bar was overworked but very friendly and efficient. Hotel has changed hands a number of times lately and it shows. Room was clean and quiet as only one other guest that night. Food was good."
